Recurring payment authorization is separate from the underlying loan agreement. Any cancellation, revocation, or change to a payment authorization will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the relevant payment arrangements. Stopping an automatic payment does not necessarily cancel an outstanding loan obligation.

We do not ask customers to provide their online banking passwords for the purpose of setting up recurring loan payments.

To submit a privacy request, contact us using the contact information below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

12. Credit Decisions and Automated Processing

We may use credit reports, financial information, eligibility criteria, and other relevant information to evaluate loan applications and manage accounts.

Where automated tools are used, their role will depend on our systems and lending processes. We will comply with applicable requirements concerning credit decisions, notices, fair lending, and the use of consumer reports.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Loan decisions and terms are subject to eligibility requirements, underwriting criteria, available information, and applicable law.

Our lending services are intended for individuals legally eligible to enter into the relevant financial agreements. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. We do not lend to minors, people under 18, or individuals without valid employment. If you borrow money under any of these circumstances you are in breach of the loan agreement and the balance of the loan becomes due immediately.

If we learn that information was collected improperly from a child, we will take appropriate steps consistent with applicable legal requirements.
