1. If you have any questions after receiving this garment, please contact us within 7 days and we will definitely reply to you within 12 hours.

2. All returned items must be intact, free of perfume smell or any other signs of wear and tear, unused, and have original labels and packaging.

When requesting a return due to quality issues, damage during transportation, color/style/size errors, photos or other evidence must be attached to clearly indicate that the received item has a problem.

This is our straightforward refund policy. Please note that all products must be returned before a refund can be issued. Please note, are processed though major financial institutions.

• Wedding products typically take longer to process due to its sensitivity, customers can expect wedding items within 7-15 business days.
