60-Day Return Policy

Return Requirements:

• All original tags and packaging must be included.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Final sale or clearance items.

• Used undergarments

• Gift cards.

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping: Contact StarliMi customer service if you are unsure about the return policy or need to return a purchased item.

Customer are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Ordered Products are given a 4 hour order window before process.

• Most customers can expect their Item's within 3-7 with the exception of wedding Products.

• Wedding products typically take longer to process due to its sensitivity, customers can expect wedding items within 7-15 business days.
